High School alumnus placed 10th in nurse board exam

Bryan Amiel Lapore Brey, a graduate of La Consolacion College Bacolod Integrated School class of 2012, placed 10th in the Nurse Licensure Exam (NLE) held this June 2016. Brey, 20, was among the 6,183 out of 14,184 who passed the professional licensure examination. The announcement was released on June 17, 2016 by the Professional regulation Commission.



In high school, Brey earned the Gerry Roxas Leadership Award for his active involvement in academic, co-curricular and community service programs. He served as Student Government Council President from 2011 thru 2012 and a member of LCC’s men’s volleyball team since elementary among others. In 2010, he won a Science Quiz Bee and has received honors in deportment.

After graduating from LCC, he gained admission into the Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of St. La Salle. His passion for extra-curricular activities was carried on to his college life. He became the governor of La Salle’s College of Nursing while consistently ranking as among the university’s honor students.

After taking oath, Brey revealed that he will either pursue a master’s degree in nursing or a degree in medicine.
